What is Reverb about?

We are an end-to-end event ticketing platform. We host third party events on our platform, therefore none of the events are organised by Reverb. All the events hosted on our platform are high-quality and are strictly vetted. 

Why should I choose Reverb as an organiser?

Simply put, we have the lowest costs compared to all major event ticketing platforms.

 Secondly, our early payout option provides organisers with the short term cash flow they need to produce the best events for their clients. 

Lastly, our young, vibrant team understands exactly the type of vibe organisers want for their event and we try our best to help produce that. 

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All tickets purchased on Reverb are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any changes to tickets must be communicated with the event organiser.

In the case of a cancelled or re-arranged event, we work with organisers to ensure you get your money back. Pronto.
